One of the best hu tieu in orange county! They also have " tép mỡ" (crispy pork skin) on top of the broth to make it more flavourful! The price is reasonable (cash only or zelle). Their pork bun is also delicious too with $3 or $3.5 per bun. The place has plenty of parking, but pretty small during rush hour. Overall, good restaurant!

This is hu tiếu Mỹ Tho. So this style is sweeter than other versions and their noodle is more chewy. Kudos to the owner for staying true to their root. The price is just right. The steam bun is superior than Yummy across the street. I grown up in Việt Nam eating at their original store there every months. This is as close as it gets.

My first time here since I found the famous banh bao while I was in vn. I ordered hủ tíu đặc biệt with a big piece of rib. Soup bowl with good size and serve with a fresh vegie dish. I wished the broth should has deeper taste. In general hủ tíu is good. I will be back to try the "dry hủ tíu" and bánh bao.

I love steam bun and noodle soup here. I'm not a fan of dry noodles since the sauce has more tomato flavor than oyster flavor. Its just a personal preference. Will keep coming back here for steam buns, especially the sweet buns.

At that time, only Cash or Zelle were accepted in the restaurant. Cả Cần Restaurant is a fantastic destination for those who love dry noodle soup and steamed buns. The dry noodle dish here is truly delicious with a special sauce that creates a unique flavor. The steamed buns are also an excellent choice. Although the space here is somewhat small, the service is quite fast, which means you won't have to wait long after getting inside.
